I’m Iz Ames — sixth grader, dancer, and runner. When I’m not at school I’m usually in the studio or on a trail running.
I am soooooo excited that you have taken time away from your day to read what has to be the most boring two introduction sentences in the history of blogs.

Every fact once was a question
Ballet is my favorite class. I love the music, the hard work, and finally sticking a step I’ve practiced a hundred times. My favorite style is contemporary. I love choreographing and making dances in all styles, specifically jazz, contemporary ballet, and acro. Shoutout to MSB, my studio ❤️!
On race day I line up, breathe, and go. I’m training my legs to be strong for both the stage and the finish line.

Fall is jumping in a pile of leaves
The wreath hanging from the window

The sweaters and the rain boots.
Fall is the warmth of a crackling fire.
